Boy, do we have news for you! We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our analytics team and drive our Machine Learning agenda. While we have already embarked on this transformative journey, the missing link is an individual capable of accelerating and leading our efforts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Development and Implementation of Machine Learning Initiatives:
Utilize expertise in machine learning algorithms, Python programming, and deep learning frameworks to develop robust and innovative solutions.
Deploy machine learning models to production environments, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
Research and Implementation of new solutions:
Stay on top of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies by conducting ongoing research. Implement industry best practices and ensure the integration of cutting-edge techniques into machine learning initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Proactively identify areas for optimization, fine-tuning models to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness in real-world applications.
Collaborate on Cross-Functional Projects:
Collaborate with teams beyond the analytics domain, actively participating in cross-functional projects to integrate machine learning capabilities into various aspects of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A Python star with experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments and integrating them into existing systems.
Understanding of a wide range of machine learning algorithms.
Familiarity with popular deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Familiarity with Open AI's APIs and tools for natural language processing and understanding.
Basic skills in SQL and data extraction.
Effective communication is crucial for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The field of AI and machine learning is rapidly evolving, so we are looking for a person who is passionate about the field and can stay updated on new tools and technologies.

WHAT? WHEN? HOW?
You will be based at StickerApp’s head office in Lomma, with the possibility to work from home two days a week. During the first period of introduction however, we need you to be working on-site.
The position is full-time.
