Responsibilities will include but not to be limited to :
Serving as the first point of contact, handling email correspondence and phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing diaries and efficiently organizing meetings and appointments, effectively optimizing the executive's time.
- Booking and arranging travel, transportation, and accommodation for international trips and events.
- Providing timely reminders of important tasks and deadlines to Director.
- Maintaining databases and filing systems for efficient data management.
- Liaising effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients to foster productive relationships.
- Collating and filing expenses, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
- Assisting in processing working permits in coordination with HR/consultants.
- Handling health insurance matters and ensuring compliance.
- Managing mileage and related records for efficient travel management.
- Assisting in the preparation and setup of presentations given by the Director.
