Analyst (Student Assistant), IT Support [Denmark]


 

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) – a company working exclusively for the global fund management company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), is currently looking for an Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our IT Support team in Copenhagen, Denmark.


The role

As our new Analyst in IT Support, you will have the exciting opportunity to put your know-how and skills into practice by supporting our employees and business with all internal IT needs. You will be joining our internal IT team of 18 employees in CISC/CIP, supporting users in both CIP and CISC globally.

We will seek to constantly support and inspire you, while focusing on your learning and personal development. Through your work you will be an important employee in our team with a clear focus on IT Support tasks. You’ll work in a Global function meaning that you’ll be supporting and speaking to both people managers and employees globally.

The position is part-time (app. 15 hours/week) and based out of our office at Amerika Plads 29, Copenhagen. Your workload will vary, and flexibility is therefore expected from both sides.

Responsibilities will further consist of:

  • Imagining & deployment of new workstations
  • IT support for on-site and remote end-users
  • General PC-support, troubleshooting and assistance
  • Windows OS support
  • Assisting with the installation of IT equipment
  • User management
  • Cloud hosting (Azure and hosting company)
  • Ad hoc tasks and larger assignments such as participation in IT development processes.

  • Internal users
  • External vendors
  • External service providers.

You

You are preferably in the 2 year or last year of your bachelor's degree and planning to pursue a relevant master's degree, or you are a 1 year student in a relevant master’s agree.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • Curious and self-driven
  • Thriving on taking responsibility and displaying high attention to details
  • Focused person with a positive, flexible, and service-minded approach
  • Focus on being a good colleague
  • Very good understanding of PC hardware, ideally also with PC configuration
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and writing and have great communication skills.
