Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • The managers are responsible for the entire management of both parks which comprises motel units, cabins, powered and camping sites and permanent residents.
  • The manager reports directly to the Owner who has significant residential management experience.
  • The Managers are supported by a head office team, an assistant manager, cleaners and grounds staff.

Selection Criteria

  • Previous caravan park management experience (2 years+)
  • RMS booking software experience (both parks run RMS)
  • Hands on management style - office, housekeeping, marketing, maintenance and problem resolution
  • Passion for a quality community and constant improvement and efficiency
  • Proficiency with computer software i.e. Excel, Word, Xero, Outlook
  • Understanding of corporate processes, HR and reporting and ability to deliver on these
  • Trade or handy person or building skills

Work schedule can be flexible, however management typically work 8 days on 4 days off, including most public holidays.

This package is a full-time position, with Annual Leave and Superannuation paid, as well as an onsite managers residence included.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $154,000 /year Plus Super of 11% plus annual leave
