We are looking for a class 5 Driver to join our Technical Services team based in Mount Maunganui (Bay of Plenty).
The role
As a Driver you will be responsible for operating a range of vehicles and equipment to ensure a safe and timely collection, treatment, and disposal of liquid and packaged waste materials. You’ll also be required to keep accurate records and paperwork and undertake vehicle safety checks.
From previous experience, you’ll already know the importance of health and safety in the workplace, and you’ll champion our culture of making sure everyone gets home safely.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A valid clean NZ Class 5 license with relevant vacuum truck driving experience
- Relevant transport industry knowledge and experience
- You will need to be physically fit and have ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid Dangerous goods licence
Technical Services offers a variety of work through its 4 key divisions of Liquid/Packaged waste, Oil recovery, Partswash and Medical.
