Manager Customer Services, EMEA and Asia (m/f/d) [Germany]


 

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager, EMEA & Asia within our Pharma, Health & Durables Division who will lead the regional customer service teams in EMEA and Asia to unify processes and structures within EMEA/Asia and thus increase customer focus.

Tasks and Responsibilties:

· Disciplinary and technical management of customer services in EMEA and Asia

· Ensuring the implementation of all (local) compliance guidelines, as well as compliance with legal requirements and the requirements of the management system for quality, environment, hygiene, occupational safety and energy

· Standardization and improvement of the CS processes in the area of ​​responsibility

· Personnel planning (working hours, holidays, substitution rules)

· Responsibility for monthly reporting, including definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs

· Support for sales development through targeted measures with Sales

· Support of the Director CS in global projects

· Coordination of cooperation with the Shared Service Center

Who we are looking for:

You might be a fit if you have a Masters-degree from a university in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration or a related field and at least 10 years of proven professional experiences, including international management experiences in Customer Services, preferably in the plastics industry.

Here are more requirements:

· Proven experience in cross-regional/cross-functional collaboration

· Professional knowledge of spoken and written English and German, other foreign languages ​​are a plus (French, Spanish or Italian)

· Leadership skills with a convincing and self-confident demeanor

· Excellent judgment and assertiveness

· High level of initiative and a sense of responsibility

· Solution-oriented working methods and ability to work in a team

· Necessary IT skills: SAP SD, BW, MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Montabaur: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)
