Salary: 270K PLN per annum
Job Description Engagement Lead / OCM for Science & Research Domain:
- Support the domain leadership team with typical tasks such as:
- Employee Experience - Engages with employees on all levels and ensures a good employee experience and a great place to work
- Communication Management - Defines and leads communication tactics & efforts according to needs of the
organization supporting the Employee Experience and Engagement aims. Supporting the leadership team with senior communications
- Learning and Development Catalyst - Define and lead change management strategy and approach according to needs of the organization
- Acts as a catalyst for continuous learning within the organization as part of professional development
- Business/Stakeholder Engagement - Engage the business to understand the needs and deliver what it expects from the organization. Ensure consistency in stakeholder engagement across the organization
- Represent the organization to the Communications/Engagement network

Salary: 240,000.00zł - 270,000.00zł per year
